The Comox Valley is home to a wide range of public sports facilities including skating rinks, pools and recreation centres that are in the process of expanding as the Valley continues to grow.
The Comox Strathcona Regional District maintains local public pools and ice rinks in Courtenay, Comox and Campbell River other than Glacier Gardens ice arena, which is maintained by CFB Comox.

The Comox Valley Aquatics Centre, 377 Lerwick Road at North Island College in Courtenay.
The Comox Valley Sports Centre, 3001 Vanier Drive, Courtenay.
Strathcona Gardens, 225 S. Dogwood St., Campbell River.
Ice rinks are also located at the Comox Valley Sports Centre and Strathcona Gardens
